Cancelation Policy
At Steven Michael’s Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to respect the time of our team and other clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations/No Shows:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
